We are honored that you have selected Wildhorse Meadows for your future home. As inaugural members of the Wildhorse Meadows family we sincerely look forward to working with you to help build a home in which you will share memories with friends and family for generations.
The Wildhorse Meadows Architectural Review Committee will work collaboratively with you under the guidance of the Design Guidelines to allow you to successfully move forward with the design and construction of your home. You may also be interested in The Architectural Review Process. For your convenience, we have attached a schedule of ARC meeting dates. Prior to these meeting dates, the WMARC will review your plans and/or concepts for discussion at the meeting. We will do what we can to make the design process as smooth as possible.
Materials for review should be submitted to James Somerville on or before submission date listed on below link, and will be reviewed on the meeting date listed below. Meetings are held at the 3001 South Lincoln Avenue location in The Commercial Group conference room at 1:30 pm. An agenda will be sent to participants giving approximate discussion times.
